From an early age, my passion for movement has taken many forms, guiding me through a diverse range of expressions such as eurythmy, flamenco, contemporary dance, and pole dance. Each of these disciplines has offered me fresh perspectives and deepened my joy in movement.
My professional journey in the world of movement began with three years of training as a certified gymnastics teacher at the Loheland Academy, where I specialised in movement education. This holistic approach to gymnastics is rooted in the principles of anthroposophy, emphasising the profound connections between body, soul, spirit, and the natural world—a philosophy that resonates deeply with me.
Since becoming a freelance gymnastics teacher in 2007, I have worked in various settings, focusing primarily on the joy of movement and our connection to nature. During this time, I relocated to the Swiss mountains and embraced motherhood, welcoming three wonderful children into my life. It was through this challenging yet rewarding phase that I discovered yoga.
A 300-hour Hatha yoga teacher training program at the University of Lausanne opened the door to a more profound practice, and I have been teaching regularly in Château d'Oex and the surrounding areas since 2021.
Hormone yoga according to Dinah Rodrigues is particularly close to my heart. Through the 100-hour training as a hormone yoga therapist at the "WAY European Academy for Yoga and Holistic Health", I have acquired valuable knowledge that can help not only myself but also others to overcome hormonal challenges.
I am excited to share my journey, experiences, and passion for movement, yoga, and holistic health with you!
