Hormone yoga Workshop

A holistic approach for women.

Menopause, painful menstruation, irregular cycles, amenorrhea and other conditions related to female hormones can have a significant impact on well-being.

In this workshop, you will learn specific yoga exercises that stimulate the endocrine glands, which are essential for maintaining a healthy balance in women's lives. Through pressure and stretching techniques as well as dynamic movement sequences alternating with moments of relaxation, we will address these issues in a gentle and effective way.

This mini-training course will give you concrete tools to alleviate the symptoms of menopause, make painful menstruation bearable and regulate the menstrual cycle. I will guide you in your learning and provide you with the necessary material so that you can practice hormone yoga on your own.

The classes are based on Dinah Rodrigues' methods, which are known for their effectiveness.

Within 5 hours you will learn everything you need to know about hormone yoga in order to build your own routine at home:

What to expect:

- Theoretical part about the basics of the female cycle and the effect of hormones on the body.

- What throws hormones out of balance?

- Learning the HY exercise series according to Dinah Rodrigues, including warm-up exercises.

- Pranayama, meditation and energy control.

- Time for individual questions and discussion.

Included in the workshop:

- Manual with detailed instructions for your practice at home.

- Possibility to receive videos/audios for your practice at home.

Summer Solstice

108 Sun Salutations & Breakfast

In celebration of the summer solstice, I warmly invite you to come together and honor this special moment of light and renewal.
On June 21 at 6:00 am, we will gather to experience the sunrise through 108 Sun Salutations—a moving meditation to help you connect with yourself and the energy of the season.

After the practice, we will enjoy a small breakfast and begin the day feeling grounded, nourished, and energized.

This event is donation-based and open to all levels.

Come as you are, bringing your mat and your beautiful energy
